HP Devco, Inc. was incorporated in 1987 as a partnership between the City of Highland Park, MI and the Chrysler Corporation.

Since its inception, HP Devco, has:

- Attracted more that $ 300 million in new residential, commercial and industrial development which include developments such as Manchester Place, Highland Park Place and Oakland Park Industrial Center

- Created 1,000 new jobs

 

Attracted more than 50 major businesses to the community
